PROTECT BLACK TRANS WOMEN

During the height of the BLM movement, I drew a tribute piece to the black trans women who tragically passed away in the year 2019 - 2020. Unfortunately, 2020 had at least 37 transgender/non binary confirming fatalities, with the majority being Black, Latinx, or both. The number can be higher due to the lack of media attention and misgendering. 

I put my heart and soul into this piece and as a black trans poc, I want to do everything I can to spread the message that when you say "Black Lives Matter" that includes black LGBT+ lives too!
