Please be aware that I sell both in-hand products and pre-order products. Pre-order products will be listed as such, and an estimated time for release will be written in the description. Please keep in mind that the release time for pre-orders is just an estimate. Pre-order products can be finished significantly early, or later than expected. In-hand products will usually ship within 3-5 days.
SHIPPING:When will I be receiving my order?
Troubled In Paradise is owned and ran by one person, so shipping out orders can take up to 3-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or text along with your tracking number.
Do you accept international shipping?
Troubled In Paradise does accept international shipping! I ship with UPS, USPS, and DHL. DHL is the quickest option to receive your order (2-5 business days), however, please keep in mind that DHL charges import taxes and the customer will be solely responsible for that. USPS doesn't charge taxes as much as DHL, but shipping does take roughly two weeks. Please be prepared to pay for import taxes for any of your orders.
Troubled In Paradise is not responsible for damages that may occur after your order has been shipped out.
Please note that due to COVID-19 the delivery date for your order may be delayed.
RETURNS:
Do you accept returns?
Troubled In Paradise is a small business, and returns aren't as easy to do as they normally would for big businesses. I try to avoid returns, but I will allow it depending on the circumstances of your order.
Our policy lasts 10 days after the delivery date. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) you ordered must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it. It also has to be returned in its original packaging. Please fill out a contact form in order to get your item(s) returned
Do you accept exchanges?
Please note that due to COVID-19 and limited stock on items, I try to avoid exchanges. Please make sure to look at the sizing chart when placing an order beforehand.
The item(s) you want to exchange must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it along with the original packaging. If you are eligible for an exchange, please fill out a contact form in order to get your item(s) exchanged.
